I have been going to this place since the first opened. I brought these home from this hotel and it's costing close to 100 dollars to rectify. Confirmed I had the exterminators at my house today.
The hotel is one of my faves but I was disappointed at the response when they were told about the bugs. I was told that the harbor is infested, and during my stay there I noticed dumpsters with mattresses in them. Harrahs has several towers and the oldest is the harbor. 2012, my children checked in two days before and in two different rooms where they both discovered bedbugs in the bed and the sofa.
